Network Engineering & Construction
Our team of experts have designed and managed the construction of numerous middle-mile fiber networks across the US. Our electronics engineering experience includes design solutions for WDM, Gig E, SONET, MPLS, core network data routers, TDM and VoIP switching, IPTV head-end, and active, passive and hybrid access platforms.
We actively manage the procurement and implementation processes and have the capability to implement and provision the electronics equipment. Our outside plant staff develop fiber construction specifications based on your project design requirements, manage the construction project and complete closeouts of the contract. As part of this process, CHR provides CAD mapping and as-built network data for your operations staff.

Network Planning & Design
CHR Solutions is able to review a service providers network and develop a Network Plan and Design able to meet today’s complicated broadband requirements to provide voice, data, and advanced services like IPTV to their customers. The Network Planning & Design process is completed through cooperation with the service provider to meet the required customer needs and incorporates all the requirements elements including the backbone network, transport, and access all the way through to the customer premise equipment.
