CHR meets growing stimulus pressure with EF&I solutions

Houston, Texas; April 13, 2011

With grant distribution in fulfillment, BIP, BTOP and RUS fund recipients are faced with looming deadlines to design, implement and execute their networks. Further bogged down by sluggish permitting processes and complicated compliance issues, the demands are overwhelming.

CHR Solutions is focused on helping providers navigate the murky and often turbulent waters of network engineering, furnish and installation (EF&I). They are mounting a tactical team to address the EF&I needs of stimulus fund recipients--creating solid solutions that ensure providers meet benchmarks, deadlines, customer commitments and compliance and regulatory requirements.

“CHR is taking an aggressive approach in aiding stimulus fund recipients with the growing pressure of meeting their BIP, BTOP and RUS deadlines. Our talented task force of engineers and telecom experts is ready to deliver EF&I solutions that get the job done with efficiency and expertise,” states Sean Fitzsimmons, CHR Executive Vice President—Client Solutions.

CHR’s EF&I proficiencies include: network architecture and design, network interconnection negotiations, multi-vendor management and procurement, logistics and support (rack and stack), implementation and training, regulatory and finance, industry code acquisitions, BTOP/BIP reporting compliance, FTTH, IP and IPTV specialties, and 4G wireless core and site acquisition and turn-up.
