Houston, Texas; March 15, 2010
CHR Solutions, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Western Datapro, Inc., an Oregon-based billing and customer care provider to telecommunications companies. This purchase enhances CHR’s position delivering "Software as a Service" (SaaS) to its software solutions clients as well as improving CHR’s footprint in the Pacific Northwest while adding a fourth data center to its cloud computing capabilities.
For 20 years, Western Datapro has provided highly integrated billing and customer care solutions to telecommunications companies in the Pacific Northwest, and currently utilizes CHR’s Martin OMNIA™ software platform. CHR will continue to provide services to companies that were shareholders as well as clients of Western Datapro

The Oregon-based delivery team will continue to be led by Cyndie Hobart who reports directly to Mr. Odom. "This acquisition benefits our clients, our employees, and I’m thrilled to be managing the Software as a Service business practice," Hobart said.
