CHR Solutions, Inc. and Access Sciences Corporation, two leading Houston technology consulting and business services companies have signed a Teaming Agreement that will provide enhanced value for the clients and prospects of each company. Prior to the Teaming Agreement, CHR’s focus was centered on "structured" data oriented services, traditional IT projects, and support and managed services focused on midmarket clients. Conversely, Access Sciences’ focus has been "unstructured" information management and technology, oriented toward Fortune 1000 sized clients. The synergy of the two companies will allow clients of both companies to have immediate access to end-toend solutions not previously available from either company individually.

"We have had quite a number of clients ask us to provide traditional hosted or managed IT services around solutions we have implemented or recommended for those clients in the past", said Janice Anderson, CEO of Access Sciences. "Now our Teaming Agreement with CHR Solutions will allow us to address those client needs and increase the value we deliver."
