CHR played a significant and critical role in restoring the OMNIA/OASIS environment when our company experienced a series of hardware failures. It was great to have a company in the region that could quickly respond with a personal visit to assist in the assessment of the situation. CHR demonstrated their commitment to business restoration seriously when they assigned the best of their hardware and software employees to work through the weekend to re-establish the CHR platform, integrate that platform within the complex company network, retrieve data backups and stabilize the resources that our staff and customers rely on. With the expectation to have everything returned to normal in a short amount of time, I participated in numerous conference calls where individuals received their assignments, worked through logistics and sequences of processes and kept everyone informed and on task. The back and forth handoffs between our IS Technician and CHR resources were well orchestrated. So as unthinkable as this situation was and the time our company was down, it could have been much worse if not for the focus and attention that CHR representatives gave us. The whole situation was handled with professionalism. I felt confident that CHR representatives cared as they were assisting our staff to restore the environment so we could continue to serve our customers.
