Project Management

The Project Management team at CHR has many years of experience in planning and managing wireless and wireline telecommunications projects.  CHR utilizes state-of-the-art online reporting and management tools to insure that a project's objectives are met and the project is completed within the scope, schedule and budget.  CHR's Project Management experience encompasses traditional telephony; CLEC implementation; CATV services including HFC networks, IP based VDSL, and ATM based ADSL; fiber transport networks; fiber to the home; fixed and mobile wireless; and site build-outs.

 
Project Management includes:
bullet Initiating a project and assembling all the resources necessary to plan and execute a successful project.
bullet Project Management creates a winning team by bringing together the client, internal CHR resources, required regulatory agencies, and the project's contractors and suppliers. Our Project Managers lead this team in regularly scheduled team meetings where the client's objectives are the focus that drives all the other functions of the team.
bullet Project Management acts as a conduit of communication and information between the team members. The team is focused on meeting the client's objectives, performing the work to high quality standards, and maintaining a clearly defined scope, schedule, and budget of the project.
bullet When changes in the project occur, whether due to external forces or internal decisions, Project Management anticipates and documents those changes, measuring the impact to the scope, schedule, and budget of the project and gaining consensus for those changes from the project team.
bullet Upon completion of a project, the Project Management team will evaluate the overall project, soliciting and receiving feedback from the team members. The results are used to evaluate the project processes and initiate revisions that will result in greater successes for CHR's clients in the future.
