One of our clients wanted an expert outside opinion to validate which enterprise software system was best for its current and future needs. We quickly verified their business requirements versus the recommended software’s capabilities, and uncovered some unexpected benefits and challenges.
After delivering our recommendation, we assisted the client in contract negotiations. Following contract signing, the client asked us to design a quality assurance framework to verify that each stage of the implementation was performed correctly.
While this client already had a program manager selected, other clients elect to have CHR to manage the entire project from start to production release.
