+ Business Consulting

CHR Solutions assists clients in a broad range of industries, including financial services, energy, telecommunications, distribution, and healthcare. Special emphasis is placed on growing revenues, controlling costs, and aligning IT with business goals, especially in companies where rapid growth (e.g., multiple mergers) leads to incompatible and redundant systems.

Recent client projects include business continuity/disaster recovery programs, network security analysis and remediation, enterprise-wide IT cost-reduction analysis, contact center optimization, and multiple regulatory compliance projects including Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, PCI and SAS 70 using ITIL and CoBiT frameworks

+ IT Infrastructure and IT Managed Services

CHR Solutions IT experts have decades of data processing experience, much of it gained in mega-corporations building data centers, call centers, and implementing robust networks. Our key offerings include remote network monitoring and hosted information technology services.

Recent new services include Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) readiness services and Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) to Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) transition planning services.

CHR Solutions data center in Houston hosts multiple clients ranging from billion-dollar energy company applications to IT managed services for clients ranging from private equity firms to computer part warehouses. We’re also a Microsoft Certified Partner.

+ Applications Services

In today’s rapidly changing and converged world, it no longer makes sense to retain costly software developers on staff. Companies instead select CHR Solutions to develop everything ranging from custom-designed applications to configuring and installing enterprise-wide resource systems.

We’ve developed custom workforce scheduling and inventory tracking systems, in addition to migrating code from older, hacker-vulnerable platforms. Recently, we installed and configured multiple installations of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business software, in addition to developing a hosted version of this product.

CHR Solutions is ranked by the Houston Business Journal (HBJ) as Houston’s 4th fastest-growing technology company in its “Fast Tech 50” list (published November 16, 2007). The HBJ also ranked CHR as the area’s 19th largest computer network and system integrator and computer network provider (list published August 17, 2007).
